Headquartered in Canada, this South American focussed mineral exploration company is listed on both the Toronto exchange and the UK AIM exchange. They describe themselves as a Global Minerals Development company but seem to be mainly working in Argentina and Columbia. Unfortunately, we’d forgotten all about them but as the company featured in our emails recently, they were deemed worth a glance in the hope we can make some sense of their share price movements.<\/p>\n

To cut to the chase, our software has calculated 16.9p as a potentially reliable level, exceeding such should apparently trigger share price gains to an initial astounding 30p. Our secondary, should such a level be exceeded, works out at a longer term 36p and the opportunity for the share price to close above a downtrend which dates back to 2007. On an AIM share, we are extremely sceptical of such long trend lines, especially in this instance as a “breakout” above Blue will suggest a long term 100p is exerting an attraction. Who knows, perhaps they shall dig up a flock of geese which lay golden eggs!<\/p>\n

Our alternate scenario and one which feels likely, suggests weakness below 12.75 could bring a sharp dose of trouble, calculating with an initial drop target down at 7.9p with our longer term secondary, if broken, working out at a ridiculous looking 1.6p.<\/p>\n
