#Dominos Pizza #GOLD #NASDAQ <\/b><\/span> For a company who’s business model appears based on delivering what is essentially Toast & Cheese with an Italian accent, the share price has proven fairly resilient since 2017. Unfortunately, it’s now at risk of a painful wake up call.<\/span><\/p>\n

The immediate situation suggests weakness below 274p should challenge (and hopefully bounce meaningfully at) 254p. As the chart highlights, such a movement takes the price into proximity of the RED uptrend since 2008. Similar to the thought of eating pizza**, this is quite a scary proposition.<\/span><\/p>\n

We’ve a massive problem if the price actually closes below 254p and breaks this uptrend. Essentially it allows further weakness to 214p initially with secondary calculating at a probable bottom of 132p. Despite presenting the risk of the price halving in value, a bottom of 132p rather neatly matches the lows of 2010 and 2011, indicate a good chance of a serious bounce should such a ridiculous sounding drop target appear.<\/span><\/p>\n

To escape the immediate drop risk, the share price requires exceed 315p on the chart, taking the share into a region with an initial target calculating at 341p. If exceeded, secondary is at 354p.<\/span><\/p>\n

For now, we’re more than a little concerned with this and suggest it worth keeping an eye on, just in case 132p does make an appearance.<\/span><\/p>\n
