#BAE Systems LSE:BA. #DAX #CAC40 <\/b><\/span> For some odd reason, every time this company name comes up, talk soon turns to bribery and corruption allegations. A quick visit to Google revealed the reason, along with highlighting some mixed morality in-house.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company have a history of being pilloried by the media and some politicians, due to their historic habit of adapting a business model to suit whatever country they are trying to export to. It’s hard to pillory the company, when the real world indicates had they not taken their approach, someone like China, Russia or France would successfully ‘buy’ the sale.<\/span><\/p>\n

While we’ve not bothered checking for any new “faux outrage” against BAE, the company share price appears set for some misery in the near term.<\/span><\/p>\n

Movement now below 602p calculates as entering a cycle to an initial 575p, a point where some sort of bounce can be hoped. Unfortunately, in the absence of positive news flow, we suspect any bounce shall prove short lived as there appears to be a ruling calculation demanding 540p as a bottom.<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s certainly the case of extreme danger for the longer term is the price somehow were to manage CLOSE below 540p as it could easily loose another quid rather quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n

We’re a little surprised at their continued decline, due to a particular mode of price control becoming apparent during August. Essentially, this suggested moves now above 617p should achieve a useless ambition of 627p. To us, this sort of thing becomes fairly important as should the share price better 627p, further growth to 647p can be expected as it ticks the first box for ‘bottom being in’. Should 647p be exceeded, our secondary calculates at 676p.<\/span><\/p>\n
