#GULF MARINE LSE:GMS #NASDAQ #CAC40 <\/b><\/span> Inspired by the ongoing European water ski championships literally happening outside our office windows, we looked for some maritime biased share to comment on. Oddly, it was quite hard to find one to be positive about!<\/span><\/p>\n

Thankfully, GULF MARINE stepped forward with some positive potentials as it appears the share price has bounced just before a visit to Davy Jones locker. The problem we have is of any movement below 29p entering a region where a bottom price cannot be logically calculated. But for now, some hope seems possible. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of the share price now exceeding 50p, it appears a growth cycle to what looks like a near term 61p should prove viable. Perhaps more interesting is the longer term prospect at 78p but there’s a fairly key issue with such an ambition. Visually, both 61p and 78p appear preloaded with ample excuses for some hesitation but with closure above 75p, we shall regard this price as entering an entirely new phase for the longer term.<\/span><\/p>\n

Given it’s currently trading around the 42p mark, it appears one worthwhile keeping an eye on in the next while. As long as they don’t attempt tow a water skier behind one of their mammoth vessels…<\/span><\/p>\n
