#ZANAGA IRON (LSE:ZIOC) <\/b><\/span> Free #CAC40 & #DOW too. When we’re asked about shares, we try to remain optimistic as often, the person asking the question will be privy to some fundamental information at best, internet discussion gossip at worst, but either case gives the trader a clue as to anything capable of provoking a change in impetus. <\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, Zanaga is a share we find it difficult to be optimistic about. <\/span><\/p>\n

Regular readers will be aware of the respect we pay to Higher Highs and Lower Lows. Zanage unfortunately has shuffled into the latter region, now residing in a zone where weakness below 9.5p looks capable of reversal to an initial 7p. We’d hope for some sort of bounce at the 7p level as the implications, with moves below, is of continued longer term traffic down to 1p. We cannot calculate below such a point.<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently trading around the 10p mark, it requires to exceed 13.35p (BLUE) to escape this dismal outlook as such growth looks capable of an initial 16p. If bettered, secondary calculates at 18.5p and at this point, we’d require revisit the tea leaves due to strong longer term potentials.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, for now it feels like 7p is exerting an attraction.<\/span><\/p>\n
